As a library transformer I support the process of transforming the Main Library in Aarhus into our future library: Dokk1. This happens by working with the senior management and our project managers to ensure that the knowledge and lessons learned from our projects is shared and used. Simultaneously, I try to find out what will the next step for libraries be. Where should we go? What projects and initiatives can help us get there?
